Orange Vanilla Sugar Scrub

Sugar scrubs are used to help scrub the top, dead layer of the skin off of your body. Sugar scrubs can be used anywhere on your body but be careful sensitive areas, don’t usually use a sugar scrub with granulated sugar on my face it may be a bit too harsh, but this recipe works on the rest of the body especially for the back, tummy, legs, arms, elbows, knees, feet and hands.

Oranges are a vibrant and refreshing fruit it’s natural oils and vitamins. They have been used for years as ingredients in recipes obviously they are being recognized by beauty natural oils. Oranges help moisturize the skin provide a softer healthier looking skin for longer. Marigold petals(calendula) : is a true must-have for any body scrub mixture it is soothing and healing herb- wonderful as a treatment for dry skin or to soak a healing wound.

Vanilla is used to promote relaxation it is perfect way to wash away the days stress and prepare for a peaceful slumber.
